Triple Certified Espresso Mix Produced from Pretty traded, Organic, Arabica Beans A medium roast blend of triple accredited 100% Arabica coffee beans. Sweet caramels and chocolate tones are complemented by a gentle citrus acidity. A spicy kick finishes this complex espresso. Ethiopia The Ethiopian coffee in this blend is sourced from Sidamo in Southern Ethiopia. Growing altitudes of in between 1200 and 1800 metres earlier mentioned sea degree produce refined acidity. The Sidamo carries the name of its origin which lies in the southern portion of Ethiopia and under the region of Yirgacheffe. ninety eight% of Ethiopian coffee (which includes this Sidamo) is planted by modest coffee farms which are no larger than a hectare. The Sidamo coffee is farmed by the Sidama Espresso Farmers Cooperative Union (SCFCU) which was started in 2001, customers of the cooperative have been increasing and processing wonderful Sidamo coffee for over 30 several years. Honduras The Honduran coffees utilized in this blend are sourced from the La Paz and Lempira places in Western Honduras. Grown at altitudes of up to 1600 metres earlier mentioned sea degree, the Central American coffee in the blend give toffee sweetness and good stages of acidity to the blend, thanks to their high increasing situations. Sumatra The special Sumatran coffee in this blend is sourced from the Aceh Province in the North of the country.
